Welcome to Salt & Seren. By booking a retreat or experience with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Payment can be made securely through our website or by other approved methods.
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a small admin fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat cannot be refunded.
You may transfer your booking to another person with written notice.
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to changes.
Participation in any physical activity is at your own risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or injuries.
You are responsible for your own health, insurance, and safety during the retreat.
Salt & Seren is a space for connection, kindness, and mutual respect. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour disrupts the retreat experience for others.
Guests are expected to respect the property, other participants, and the natural environment.
While we take every care to ensure a safe and enriching experience, Salt & Seren is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay.
Any personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of your booking and retreat experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
